Coach Kalen DeBoer signs a trio of prospects to add to the loaded class of 2024.

On March’s National Signing Day, three players were signed by the Alabama Crimson Tide. These players are QB Reese (linebacker), Noah Carter (edge), and Ryan Williams (receiver).

Williams, an Alabama native from Saraland, attends the esteemed Tuscaloosa University. Williams received the Alabama Gatorade Player of the Year award in 2022 and again in 2023.

Williams also received the Alabama Sportswriters Association’s “Mr. Football” award for two years in a row. Williams picked Alabama over a number of other power five schools.

Reese, an Alabama native who was raised in Birmingham, is a linebacker at Ramsay High School and is ranked 73rd in the country by On3 Sports. Reese was another player with options, and he went with Alabama instead of UAB, UCF, and Arkansas State.

Side Born and raised in Peoria, Arizona, Noah Carter is coming to Tuscaloosa. Carter will be traveling to Alabama with Kalen DeBoer, despite having previously committed to Washington.

According to On3 Sports, Cater is rated 13th overall, 84th nationally, and third in the state of Arizona.

The football team of Alabama, the Crimson Tide, welcomed three prospects on Wednesday to mark a low-key but noteworthy National Signing Day.

Ryan Williams, a 5-star wide receiver; Noah Carter, a 4-star edge rusher; and Quinton “QB” Reese, a 3-star linebacker, all signed autographs for the new Crimson Tide head coach, Kalen DeBoer.

Even after reclassifying into the Class of 2024, Williams is regarded as the second-best player in the state of Alabama and the fourth-best player overall, making him by far the most important player in the group.

Although still only a junior, the 6-foot receiver led the Saraland Spartans to the Class 6A state championship game two years in a row and was named Alabama’s Mr.

Football winner for the second time.
