Sad news:Alexander Zverev’s bad speech to his ex-girlfriend led to……..

A penalty order was issued by Alexander Zverev for the abuse of his ex-girlfriend.A German court has fined Olympic men’s tennis champion Alexander Zverev €450,000 (£392,000) and imposed a penalty order for bodily injury against his ex-girlfriend.

The Guardian was informed by a representative of the Berlin criminal courts that Zverev was the subject of an order from the Tiergarten district court on October 2.

During a May 2020 fight in Berlin, Zverev is accused of physically hurting a woman and causing harm to her health. Zverev has been fined a total of €450,000, or 90 daily rates of €5,000. Zverev has objected to the order and disputes the accusation.

The order was requested in July by the public prosecutor’s office in Berlin. According to German law, a public prosecutor’s office may use a punishment order in situations when it deems a trial unnecessary, such as when the case is straightforward and there is strong evidence to support the allegations.

A public trial may result from the defendant’s ability to challenge the penalty order. The defendant and plaintiffs will appear before the Tiergarten District Court again prior to the main hearing, as the men’s tennis player ranked ninth in the world has challenged the penalty order.

Zverev will most certainly have a public trial, and up until that point, he is presumed innocent. Furthermore, Zverev’s ex-girlfriend has become a co-plaintiff with the Berlin public prosecutor.

Zverev talked briefly about the possible punishment order in July. On my end, I vehemently dispute the accusations. The situation is being handled by my lawyers. I’ll stop talking about it now.

Zverev’s attorneys, Schertz Bergmann, acknowledged in a statement on Tuesday that their client had challenged the penalty order, calling it scandalous, and they refuted the claims made by the person who claimed to have been harmed.

Additionally, the statement claimed to have professional medical documentation to back up Zverev’s denials. The process is disgraceful; it is impossible to argue that it was a just or constitutional process. Mr. Zverev will use every resource at his disposal to combat this.
