Sad news: Anthony Joshua sacks his coach, Ben Davison because of his response to…

Anthony Joshua’s upcoming matchup is confirmed after Deontay Wilder was ruled out.

Wilder was one of four possible opponents for Anthony Joshua’s upcoming match, but after a statement from Saudi advisor Turki Alalshikh, their megafight has been ruled out.

Instead of Deontay Wilder, Anthony Joshua is most likely to fight Daniel Dubois vs. Filip Hrgovic in September.

Joshua, the two-time heavyweight world champion, is scheduled to make a comeback at Wembley Stadium, and it is now known who he will face. When Wilder fights Zhilei Zhang on June 1, he hopes to increase his chances of facing Joshua again after losing to Joseph Parker before Christmas. However, Saudi royal advisor Turki Alalshikh wants him to fight Jared Anderson instead of “AJ.”

“Jared Anderson’s skillful performance is now scheduled for the August 3 Riyadh Season card in Los Angeles, where he will face the legendary boxer Deontay Wilder—that is, assuming he is well enough to compete after his fight against Zhilei Zhang on June 1st,” tweeted Alalshikh. The undercard match between Terence Crawford and Israil Madrimov for the world title would include Anderson vs. Wilder.

Joshua has won all four of his fights and most recently defeated former UFC champion Francis Ngannou with a five-minute knockout. After his victory, “AJ” was given the opportunity to face either Oleksandr Usyk or Tyson Fury; however, the heavyweight champions are committed to two fights. “AJ” is in agreement with Alalshikh’s pledge to pair Joshua with the most formidable opponent.

“He states, ‘I want people to look back at your record and say that you took on the best in the future.'” You’re starting to speak my language, I said. Not only is he in agreement with us, but so are the supporters. Joshua stated, “He’s attempting to provide what the fans desire.”
