The Boston Celtics’ top six star players, Derrick White, Jrue Holiday, Jaylen Brown, Jason Tatum, Al Horford, and Kristaps Porzingis, met to decide the team’s starting lineup for the following season. The players worked together to decide on a lineup that would best benefit the squad. While there were allegedly some humorous moments, the main tone was a tremendous determination to win.
White joked that Tatum may come off the bench, to whichThe St. Louis native joked that he would come off the bench for at least one game in the 2023-24 season. Horford, a regular starter his whole career, came off the bench in the Celtics’ season opener against the New York Knicks as a result of that chat.
