On the occasion of her first anniversary with lover Connor McCaffery, Caitlin Clark

wrote a heartfelt post.

On April 24, the 22-year-old female basketball player celebrated her one-year anniversary with McCaffery on Instagram.

The black and white photo of the former Iowa Hawkeyes player cuddling with McCaffery has Clark writing, “One year of the best mems w my fav person,” as the caption.

“You brighten my day every day, and I look forward to many more adventures with you… adore you,” she murmured.

A former athlete from the University of Iowa, McCaffery also published a post in honor of the couple’s one-year anniversary. He shared a grainy black-and-white picture of the couple grinning at one another as well as a funny video of Clark rolling her eyes on the basketball court.

He captioned it, saying, “One year w the finest [sic].” It’s been simple living with you, and you never cease to astonish me. eager to witness you fulfill your dreams in person

He also sent the emojis for crossed fingers and a red heart, saying, “Love you.”

Under McCaffery’s tweet, Clark sarcastically commented, “Nice video.”

Throughout their relationship, the pair has shared images and videos of themselves on social media. In January of last year, McCaffery celebrated her 22nd birthday by posting a birthday message for the WNBA first round pick.

The basketball player was seen putting her arms around McCaffery’s neck while posing on his back in one picture. Along with a cute photo of himself pumping up Clark before a game, he also shared a number of photos with Clark.

McCaffery wished Clark a happy birthday, including his Hawkeyes jersey number, 22. “I wish I could have joined you in celebrating; you deserve the best day ever.” This year will be the greatest yet for T Swift’s birthday.

During her historic final season with the Hawkeyes, Clark garnered media attention and is recognized for having contributed to the growth of NCAA women’s basketball viewership.

The men’s D1 championship audience was surpassed by millions of people by this year’s final championship game between South Carolina and Iowa, which drew the most audience of any college basketball event since 2019. In addition, Clark has the all-time marks for assists and scoring for both men and women in the NCAA.
