GOOD NEWS: Carlos Alcaraz have been awarded a new contract following the…

In Monte Carlo, Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz’s luck turns around.

Is it not the case that men’s tennis is theatrical? Two of the newly-assumed Big 3 have problems, with Rafael Nadal continuing to battle through his physical problems to make one final stand at Roland Garros.

After a day in which they both turned around, Jannik Sinner is still the player that Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz will be chasing for the remainder of the year.

In Monte Carlo, Novak Djokovic made his eagerly awaited comeback to the world of professional tennis.Since his defeat in the Indian Wells Round of 32 on March 11, he has not participated in any sports.

Since then, Djokovic has taken a break and refocused on the 2024 Olympics and Grand Slams.

Playing his finest match in months, Djokovic defeated Roman Safiullin in straight sets. It appeared as though he was prepared for Roland Garros to begin the following week rather than the month.

Carlos Alcaraz declared his withdrawal from the Monte Carlo tournament as Djokovic made a triumphant comeback.

There has been conjecture regarding Carlos Alcaraz’s health for some days. Although a forearm injury was thought to be problematic, its exact severity was unknown.

It is now known to be severe enough to keep him from competing in the Monte Carlo Masters for a second year in a row.

The statement was released by Alcaraz on Tuesday. It is questionable whether he will be able to protect his points from winning both of those titles in 2023 with the clay court season in full flow and Barcelona and Madrid later in the month.

And now we have Jannik Sinner, who seems to be in the best position. He has already displaced Alcaraz as the world’s No. 2 player after winning the Australian Open and the Miami Open.

Many believe that he will rank first in the world before the year ends, but might that happen as soon as the summer?

Sinner needs to maintain his health and carry over his domination on the hardcourt to the clay court since there is still a lot of tennis left.

When all three of these players are healthy and at the top of their game, tennis fans want to see a matchup between this Big 3. Whether we will receive that is still up in the air.
