Who is Michelle Stefanski, the wife of Browns Coach Kevin Stefanski?
NFL coaches must have a solid support system at home to help them deal with the demands of the league on a daily basis.
Kevin was Brad Childress’s assistant coach for the Minnesota Vikings when he and Michelle initially got married.
Kevin has worked for the Minnesota Vikings in a variety of capacities during the majority of Michelle and Kevin’s marriage.
Following his tenure as Brad Childress’s assistant through 2008, Kevin remained employed by the Vikings from 2009 to 2013, where he held the positions of tight ends coach in 2014 and 2015, running backs coach in 2016, quarterbacks coach in 2017 and 2018, offensive coordinator in 2019, and interim offensive coordinator in 2018.
Kevin saw both success and disappointment throughout these years. The Vikings made the playoffs six times and won three of those games. Of those six games, two were NFC championship games.
Michelle gave Kevin vital support at home while he experienced the highs and lows of being an NFL coach with the Vikings.
Kevin and Michelle had three kids: Juliette, a daughter, and Will and Gabe, two sons, during Kevin’s time with the Vikings.
Kevin was appointed as the Cleveland Browns’ new head coach on January 13, 2020 (the 18th head coach in Browns team history).
I must also thank my family for being here: my daughter Juliette, my sons Will and Gabe, and my spouse Michelle. It has been a difficult 48 hours for all of us, especially those of you who have small children or have relocated before.
To these kids, we’ve given them some promises. Since you guys arrived, we’ve been promised a dog, a trip to Disney World, and who knows what more?
On September 17, 2020, Cleveland defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 35-30 to earn Kevin his first NFL head coach victory.
On October 4, 2020, Kevin won his first away game as an NFL head coach when the Browns defeated the Dallas Cowboys 49-38.
On the other hand, the Browns suffered home losses to the Las Vegas Raiders 16-6 on November 1, 2020, and the Pittsburgh Steelers 38-7 on October 18, 2020.
2020 has had its ups and downs, but Michelle has always been there for Kevin.
With her priceless support at home, Michelle Stefanski contributes significantly to Kevin Stefanski’s life and the Cleveland Browns’ success,, even though she won’t run for scores or cause any turnovers.
