The Lions has made a great mistake which might lead to their suspension. see details.

Following up on Quarterback, the streaming service has once again succeeded in gaining a more in-depth look into the private lives of some of the best wide receivers in the NFL with the release of Receiver. Amon-Ra St. Brown, a receiver for the Lions, is among them.

But a recent incident might have put the Lions in the league’s crosshairs. Was there an injury that the Lions were hiding from their top receiver?

It was disclosed on the most recent episode of Receiver that Brown sustained an oblique injury in Detroit’s Week 3 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. St. Brown was not listed on the Lions’ injury report for Week 4, though, as it was a short week with a game on Thursday against the Green Bay Packers.

St. Brown stated on the program, “We have a Thursday game after Atlanta” (H/T MSN). “Well, I’m running, but even if the agony is a ten, it seems like an eight. I can hardly stand it.” Either eight or nine. It’s too late for me to not play, I think to myself. The strategy is in place.

The NFL may punish the Lions if it was discovered that St. Brown was not appropriately listed on the injury report. Running back Bijan Robinson had headaches last season, and the Falcons were investigated for failing to handle them. The Pittsburgh Steelers were penalized in 2019 for failing to disclose quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s condition.

Jake Fromm, a former quarterback for the Georgia Bulldogs, has made an audition for the Green Bay Packers. Fromm was cut earlier in the offseason. He most recently played for the Washington Commanders.

Fromm was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Fromm played for Buffalo during the 2020 NFL season, however he was cut by the Bills prior to the 2021 campaign.

After signing with the New York Giants, Fromm played in a few games as a starter in 2021, but his stats were unimpressive (210 passing yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions). Fromm spent the most of his time at Washington on the practice squad from 2022 to 2024 following his tenure with the Giants. In May 2024, the Commanders freed Fromm.

On Friday, July 19, Fromm had a workout with the Packers, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. Before training camp and preseason play begin, Fromm is trying to find a place in the NFL.
