Emma Raducanu is supporting one of her competitors from a distance, even if she is currently missing the French Open due to surgery.
At the French Open, Emma Raducanu has demonstrated her support for Ons Jabeur. The British player hasn’t posted many tennis-related things lately and is presently sidelined following surgery. However, following her victory in the third round at Roland Garros, she spoke forward to support World No. 7.
Raducanu had surgery on one ankle and both hands, which required her to skip the French Open this year. The 20-year-old, who has struggled to heal two wrist injuries since last summer, declared that she would be missing several months of competition.
It implies that she will also miss the US Open, where she won the championship in 2021, as well as her home Grand Slam, Wimbledon.
However, the former world No. 10 seemed to be keeping up with the proceedings as she supported a single player in Paris.
Following Jabeur’s victory over Olga Danilovic to proceed to the second week, Raducanu re-posted a photo of Jabeur on her narrative.
