Breaking news: ‘Tomorrow’s Southampton game could be my last here.’ -Everton manager Sean Dyche announces his…

Everton could sack Sean Dyche “quite quickly” if and when John Textor’s takeover is completed, according to Stephen Warnock.

Speaking on Sky Sports News on September 16, 12:49, Warnock said he was positive Dyche would leave the team when his contract expired in the summer of 2020, although he also hinted that he might depart sooner.

Warnock contended that if a change in style is implemented following the advent of new ownership at Goodison Park, most likely in the shape of John Textor, Dyche’s status may soon be called into question.

“He’ll go at the end of the season; they won’t renew his contract,” he stated.

“I think he’s done a great job for them, but he doesn’t seem to be changing with the game as it does.

Once that’s finished, if a new owner takes over, a decision on a new hire and a change in style might be made really rapidly. I’m just concerned that under his leadership, the players seem a bit stale.

Will Sean Dyche see out the season at Everton?

At Goodison Park, there has long been talk of Dyche being relieved of his responsibilities. However, after four straight defeats to begin the Premier League season, two of which were unbelievable, the chatter is only growing more intense.

The writing has been more evident than ever after losing two straight games 3-2 after leading 2-0, and a breakup is undoubtedly in the works if Dyche is unable to turn things around soon.

John Textor could opt to appoint a new manager upon taking the reins at Goodison Park

Dyche has very little time to preserve his career because Textor has been looking for other choices in the dugout should he take over in the upcoming weeks [Alan Nixon, 8 September].

The 53-year-old [Miguel Delaney] may be concerned about the American’s main objectives after taking over, which include talking with Dyche about future recruiting.

In any case, Dyche now has the responsibility to correct this terrible run of form. After two consecutive defeats, one cannot justify a slow start; the first win needs to happen as quickly as possible.

In unrelated Everton news, following their 3-2 loss at Aston Villa, a Toffees defender was called a “nervous wreck.”
