For the 2023–24 season, Jarrad Branthwaite‘s future at Everton has been a topic of discussion.

The elite of Europe is now expressing interest in the 21-year-old due to his performances, which have undoubtedly drawn attention.

The defender is reportedly being pursued by Real Madrid, Tottenham, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Manchester United.

Even more, Jamie Carragher called Branthwaite “outstanding” and claimed that Everton had a “special” prospect.

“I believe he is unique.” He said on Monday Night Football, “And what is also unique is the quantity of center backs we have in the Premier League who are 21 years of age or younger.

Sean Dyche is currently being questioned once more on the defender’s future.

In an interview with The Liverpool Echo, the Everton manager restated his position about player sales at Goodison Park.

“We wish to keep all of our talented players. That’s all there is to it, and he has shown himself to be an excellent player,” he stated.

“Selling players is not our line of business. Only when it’s necessary to sell players or there’s an issue do you sell players. Since there isn’t a problem, my only wish is that we won’t have to sell players. We most definitely don’t at the moment. Thus, we shall see.

On Branthwaite’s future, Evertonians will have to wait and see. The Toffees have allegedly discussed finding replacements, and Dan Ballard of Sunderland and Jacob Greaves of Hull City are two possible candidates.

Given that several defenders have previously been the subject of threats, the team may be preparing for a surge of interest in their star player.

But with several years left on his deal and no relegation clause, Everton has a great chance of keeping him on board or getting paid a significant sum.
