Ferrari Is Going to Release Three New Models in 2024
Up to three new models from the renowned Italian automaker Ferrari are expected to be released in 2024, according to company statements. Concurrent with the presentation was the brand’s 2023 sales announcement.
The Italian automaker revealed 2023 sales data that shattered all prior records, shipping an astounding 13,663 cars worldwide, with every model in its lineup booked until 2025.
Although Ferrari hasn’t disclosed which cars to expect, the much-anticipated LaFerrari hypercar replacement is most likely one of them.
It is expected that an electric and turbocharged version of the flagship model will take the place of the V12 engine. Rumor has it that the turbocharged V6 engine from Ferrari’s 499P endurance race vehicle would be paired with a strong hybrid system in the upcoming hypercar.
The other model that is most likely going to be produced in 2024 is the 812 Superfast successor. Testmules have been spotted on European roads for a while, and it is expected that the car will retain its V12 engine.
There are other hypotheses regarding the third car, which might be an SUV variant based on the Purosangue or a new Icona model.
In other news, the motorsports industry is abuzz about Lewis Hamilton’s contract signing with Ferrari to join the Formula 1 team starting in 2025.
With this multi-year deal, Hamilton and Charles Leclerc will collaborate, adding even more thrilling history to Ferrari’s illustrious racing past.
