Following the weekend of July 28th, France’s Paul Ricard circuit will host the Maranello manufacturer’s exclusive non-competitive Sport Prototipi Clienti, XX Programme, and F1 Clienti events for customers who want to test drive their cars on the most incredible and recognizable international circuits.

During three days of testing, from July 30 to August 1, various test sessions, the drivers work with the coaches and technicians at Prancing Horse to overcome their boundaries and develop a better relationship with the car.

Eight 499P Modificatas, the prototype of which was shown at the Finali Mondiali last year and is based on the 499P racing hypercar, are on display at the track as part of the newest and most exclusive program, Sport Prototipi Clienti. In addition to competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship, the 499P won the storied 24 Hours of Le Mans this year for the second time in a row.

The F1 Clienti sessions will include seven single-seaters, including the F2012, which competed in the 2012 Formula 1 season with Fernando Alonso and won three races in the so-called European Grand Prix—Malaysia, Germany, and Spain (Valencia). Additionally included on the well-known French song are Kimi Räikkönen’s F2007 and F2008. In collaboration with the Finnish driver, Maranello secured the 2007 World Manufacturers’ and Drivers’ championships with the first of these two versions.

In conclusion, the XX Programme utilizes the most advanced cars created by Prancing Horse specifically for use on the racetrack. At Paul Ricard, there are three FXX-Ks and six FXX-K Evos competing.

All classes saw thrilling and competitive races on the opening day of competition at the French Le Castellet track. “It wasn’t an easy race, especially with tyre management in the heat,” declared Giacomo Altoè after winning the Trofeo Pirelli with a commanding performance. The Coppa Shell Am winner, Zois Skrimpias (Ineco – Reparto Corse RAM), emphasized the great features of the Ferrari 296 Challenge and highlighted the attractiveness of the “very technical” Paul Ricard circuit.

In the end, Fabrizio Fontana (Formula Racing) had yet another successful day at the Trofeo Pirelli 488, taking first place and winning with the fastest lap. The Italian is getting closer to taking home the championship with this.
