Chelsea decide on Broja - KOHA.net

After a 22-year ban, Ipswich now know they will return to the top division the following season. This occurs following two years in which Kieran McKenna’s team earned back-to-back promotions and second place in the Championship.

Rumors have already surfaced suggesting that Ipswich plans to sign Omari Hutchinson again in the summer. They obviously want the young player, who is owned by Chelsea, back because he has contributed greatly while on a season-long loan at Portman Road this year, tallying 11 goals and dishing out six assists.Ipswich is reportedly among the teams interested in signing attacker Hutchinson, 20, according to TEAMtalk.

There is currently another Chelsea player connected to Ipswich.

Ipswich also keen on Chelsea 22-year-old

In addition to Hutchinson, Arsenal Broja of Chelsea is another player on Ipswich’s transfer wish list.

The 22-year-old striker Broja, who plays for Chelsea, played at Stamford Bridge for the first part of the season before going to Fulham on a dismal loan. With Fulham, he has only made seven appearances and scored 0 goals.

Respected reporter Simon Phillips revealed today on Substack that Brentford and Ipswich could be interested in signing Broja this summer.

He has been informed that Brjoa will be leaving Chelsea during the summer transfer window, and teams are starting to show interest.

“I am told there is other interest for certain [in Broja],” Phillips wrote. However, indications indicate that Brentford and recently promoted Ipswich Town are the two teams who are interested in Broja.

Armando Broja needs fresh start

Broja, a graduate of the Chelsea academy, would probably be better off finding a new, long-term home this summer, in our opinion.

The youthful center forward still has a lot of speed and potential, but he needs a regular starting position so he can develop.

As reported by Metro Sport in February 2022, Frank Lampard called Broja “very talented.”

He simply hasn’t been able to continue since, mainly because of a severe injury that stopped him cold. Now, in order to flourish, one must make frequent starts again.
