Breaking news: i don’t believe Mike Tyson did this but i think he did….

Celebrity Evangelist” Dylan Novak recently shared the gospel with heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.

Last year, Novak said, Tyson declared, “everything’s about God.”

However, the boxer had previously shared his thoughts on Jesus and Christians who treated him poorly:“Everybody says they believe in God but they don’t do God’s work. Everybody counteracts what God is really about.

If Jesus was here, do you think Jesus would show me any love? Do you think Jesus would love me? I’m a Muslim, but do you think Jesus would love me?” Tyson said.“I think Jesus would have a drink with me and discuss…why you acting like that? Now, he would be cool. He would talk to me,” Tyson added.

“No Christian ever did that and said in the name of Jesus even,” he continued. “They’d throw me in jail and write bad articles about me and then go to church on Sunday and say Jesus is a wonderful man and he’s coming back to save us.

Novak said about their meeting: “I told him how sorry I was that he had been treated poorly by self-professing Christians, and the reason we came to meet him is because we love and care about him and his soul. He thanked me and said that it meant a lot to him.”

Novak gave Tyson tracts, the “Jesus>Religion” book, “The Case for Christ Answer Booklet” and a letter, asking his followers to pray for Tyson.

Novak attends events around the country and witnesses to celebrities. He often posts his encounters on his “Celebrity Evangelist” Facebook Page.

Dylan Novak, who goes by the name Celebrity Evangelist on social media, wrote, ‘At the beginning of the year, Jeremy was in a near fatal snowplow accident. Since his accident, he’s started to look more into God and religion…’

‘I was able to have a brief conversation with Mr. Renner where I explained why I came to meet him. He was emotional as he thanked me for caring about his soul. He said that since the accident, he was taking God and finding Him more seriously.’ he added.

The two then talked about Tony Nolan’s book ‘GASP!’ which takes readers on a journey to faith. Renner was open and receptive to the book wanting to learn and understand more.
