Since his less-than-eight-round exhibition fight against former middleweight Roy Jones Jr. in Los Angeles in November 2020, which finished in a draw, the heavyweight champion has not competed. This new bout is a continuation of the American pattern of matching retired fighters or internet superstars against one another.

However, there are some odd medical tests that Tyson needs to complete before entering the ring, which could put the battle at risk.
The former world heavyweight champion will have to submit to a battery of electroencephalogram (EEG) and electrocardiogram (EKG) tests in order for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) to evaluate his level of physical condition.
According to Tela Mange, the communications manager at TDLR, these tests aim to detect potential heart issues and brain illnesses, respectively, USA Today Sports said.
One of the greatest of all time is Mike Tyson
One of the greatest heavyweights in history is thought to be Tyson. He ruled the weight class from 1987 until 1990. He became the youngest heavyweight world champion in history at the age of 20.
After declaring his retirement from professional boxing in 2005, Tyson will fight Roy Jones in an exhibition match in 2020. The rules may change depending on whether the fight is deemed a professional or an exhibition, as it would entail donning 16-ounce gloves, cutting each round’s duration to two minutes, and scoring without the need of official judges.
It’s also important to remember that Jake’s brother, Logan Paul, faced Floyd Mayweather in 2021, another legendary boxer.Jake Paul has a 9-0 record with 6 knockouts and 1 loss in the ring, which has garnered him some notice.

Tyson is getting back in the ring for what might be his first bout since 2005.
Watch live on Netflix as The Baddest Man on the Planet squares off against 9-1 Paul in a heavyweight fight at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Paul made his debut on the undercard of the 57-year-old’s 2020 exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr., which was his final venture into the ring.
Four years later, he’s still in excellent form and has been looking good in training videos.
Additionally, Tyler has given his impending opponent another message on SnapChat.
He was seen in close-up, his face drenched in perspiration, and the caption read, “Everyone has a plan ’til they”—the opening line of Tyson’s catchphrase about strategy being thrown out the window when one gets hit in the face.
Second, Tyson uploaded a second photo of himself using the pads along with the words, “All eyes on me.”
Rafael Cordeiro, Tyson’s trainer, thinks Paul will sense Iron Mike’s “heavy hands” and that the battle will be “technical” rather than a “massacre.”
In an interview with MMA Fighting, Cordeiro stated, “We have a kid on the other side that can box and isn’t afraid, so this fight won’t be a bloodbath; it’s going to be a really tactical match.”
Mike’s hands are so heavy that it will be hard to avoid touching Jake. There’s no other way for Jake to feel Mike’s hands, and that’s when we’ll know how the fight will proceed. It should be intriguing to see.
“Panic—Paul will experience panic. That is the objective. Our intention is to keep Jake terrified the whole time. or for however long he can tolerate it.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations will decide whether Tyler’s encounter with Paul qualifies, and in order for the fight to happen, Tyler must pass a mental exam.
