Sad news: Mike Tyson announced his departure in……..

If “Iron Mike” gets banned for failing an odd test, there are four fighters who could step in to face Jake Paul. This means that Mike Tyson might have to pull out of his battle with Jake Paul.

If Mike Tyson is unable to pass a pre-fight examination, he may face any of these four opponents in lieu of Jake Paul.

The July 20 match between Tyson and Paul at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, will stream on Netflix.

‘Iron’ Mike won’t be making an appearance since his show in November 2020.

If the 57-year-old fails an unusual test outlined in the fight rules, the planned heavyweight bout may be called off.

These four opponents could confront “The Problem Child” this summer if Tyson is forced to withdraw from his fight against Paul.

Before the negotiations collapsed, Jones Jr. was connected to a bout with Tommy Fury. Naturally, he was happy to see Tyson return to the ring almost four years ago.

Though not as popular as Tyson, the former world champion at five weights is a suitable substitute because he arguably leaves a greater legacy than his compatriot.

Froch has been critical of Paul vs. Tyson and has expressed his opinions. And after Tyson Fury backed the contentious fight, he launched an attack on the fighter.

In May 2014, “The Cobra” announced the end of his professional career after defeating George Groves at Wembley Stadium.

Though he gave up the sport nearly ten years ago, the 46-year-old has maintained a respectable level of fitness in anticipation of a possible return.

The sole loss Paul has ever had in his professional career came in a split decision loss against Tommy Fury, who allegedly declined a chance to challenge him again on Netflix.

However, if Tyson is unable to fight, Paul’s boxing promoter, Most Valuable Promotions, may reconsider a rematch with Fury.

Given the intensity of their first bout, a rematch between Paul and Fury would be highly anticipated.

Similar to Paul, KSI gave up YouTube for boxing and found success there before facing Fury, who defeated him on points in their previous meeting last year.

The Britishman hasn’t competed since losing in Manchester, but he would be the most well-known opponent to take Tyson’s place should he be forced to withdraw from the fight against Paul.
