Exodus was on life support after she unintentionally strangled herself in her central Phoenix home with a string hanging from a treadmill. According to ABC News station KNXV-TV, who cited police Sgt. Andy Hill, she passed away at 11:45 a.m.
“Under the console, there’s a cord that hangs in a loop; she was playing on this treadmill somehow,” Hill explained.

After he phoned his mother, the police said, she was discovered on a treadmill with a cable from the exercise machine wrapped around her neck.
According to the police, the mother of the child rushed into the room, untied her from the cord, dialed 911, and then began CPR.
