Nestled among the new Costa Navarino Residences is the basketball player’s new residence.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, an NBA star, is having a great time off the court.

The two-time MVP of the Milwaukee Bucks has scored two opulent holiday villas in his native Greece. The upscale, environmentally concerned Costa Navarino Residences is where the future will be spending the summer in Messenia, in the southwest Peloponnese. The houses are located in one of the three residential areas on the property—the other two being Sea Dunes and Olive Grove—the upscale Rolling Greens enclave of Costa Navarino.

In a statement, Antetokoumpo said, “I came to Costa Navarino because I know I can bring my family.” We could all be together, something I appreciated when I first came here in 2018. I can experience here what I did when I was a child.

The new residence in Antetokounmpo was created by the Greek architectural firm Buerger Katsota. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor of each semi-detached, turnkey property. Highlights include an expansive pool, expansive views of the Ionian Sea, and an abundance of quiet outdoor spaces for relaxing, such as a courtyard with a grill area.

Furthermore, The Dunes golf course, one of the development’s four trademark 18-hole courses, is directly accessible to the sold-out Rolling Greens community. After completing its first phase, Costa Navarino Residences unveiled a new selection of rental villas. As the name implies, the program offers a variety of upscale residences that may be rented, allowing visitors to take advantage of all the amenities while living like homeowners. The available villas provide views of the golf course or the seaside and may sleep up to ten people.

The “Greek Freak,” Antetokounmpo, presently owns a mansion in Wisconsin. The professional athlete acquired the house in 2018 for an impressive $1.8 million, according to Realtor.com. This was two years after he inked a four-year, $100 million contract extension with the Bucks. Situated in the posh River Hills district, the estate boasts around 10,000 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, and seven complete bathrooms. Fun fact: It’s said that Antetokounmpo stole the pad from Mirza Teletovic, a former Bucks player. Prior to that, 2014 Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams owned the space, which the Bucks acquired in 2015 before trading it to the Chicago Bulls.
