Panathinaikos ends its 13-year title drought.
On Sunday, Ataman led Panathinaikos to a 95-80 victory over Real Madrid in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Championship Game. The victory broke the Greek Club’s 13-year title drought and gave them their seventh EuroLeague trophy overall, the most of any team in the EuroLeague’s Final Four history.
Kostas Sloukas led the Greens with 24 points, while Kendrick Nunn and Matias Lessort contributed 21 and 17 points, respectively. Sloukas, a Greek guard who finished with 31 FIP in the championship game, was voted the Final Four MVP.

Since then, there have been playoff disappointments and heartbreaking injuries.
Antetokounmpo has a message for Bucks fans as the 2024 NBA postseason proceeds without them following their first-round playoff series loss to the Indiana Pacers earlier this month.
