Twin Cities Twins apparel is now available in Minnesota.
The state motto, “Land of 10,00 Lakes,” served as the inspiration for the Minnesota Twins City Connect uniforms that debuted today.
The jerseys’ three distinct blue hues blend together to symbolize the multiple bodies of water, while the yellow accent is supposed to represent sunlight. The north star is also visible between the M and N on the breast.
The side of the cap features a ‘10,00 Lakes’ patch with a new, sans-letter logo. There is a topographical map of Lake Minnetonka beneath the cap, which is a reference to the 40th anniversary of the movie Purple Rain.
They seem very fantastic to us, so we assumed you felt the same way. Here are a few of our top picks that are currently in stock.

Is Matt Wallner’s return to the Twins imminent?
Is Matt Wallner the answer the Twins offense has been waiting for?
The outfielder didn’t have a good season to begin with, batting just.080 in the first 13 games. Following his early April recall to Triple-A St. Paul, Wallner has gradually recovered the kind of bat that allowed him smash 14 home runs for the Twins the previous season.
Wallner is hitting.290/.371/.742 with four home runs in nine games for the Saints thus far in June. His minor league slash line is now.208/.300/.757 with 11 total home runs after a scorching nine-game run.
The native of Forest Lake, Minnesota, might be the bat the Twins need to overcome their offensive shortcomings. The Twins’ team batting average in June is a pitiful.214.
That is a lot less than the American League average, which stands at.239 as of this June. Minnesota, which is merely 2–6, has dropped back to third place in the AL Central with a 34–31 record this month.
Given that he hasn’t hit well since the beginning of May, Alex Kirilloff may have to spend some time in the minors. Kirilloff, who is hitting just.209 for the season, has declined to a.155 batting average since the start of May. In June, he has only hit.133 in six games, making his slump much worse.
After a nine-game road trip, Minnesota will return home on Monday and will be aiming to bounce back against a struggling Colorado Rockies team that has only won three of its previous ten games. It is very possible that changes are coming if the Twins do not make a quick turnaround.
