Best Quarterbacks on the College Football Transfer Portal for 2023–24
Max Brosmer, a New Hampshire resident who was committed to Minnesota
Brosmer is an intriguing transfer to watch, and after entering the portal, he garnered offers from FBS clubs seeking a quarterback this offseason.
The Georgia native leads all FCS quarterbacks in passing yards (3,449) and has thrown 56 touchdowns in the last two seasons.
Aidan Chiles, Oregon State (committed to Michigan State).
With Jonathan Smith taking over as head coach at Michigan State, it would not be surprising if Chiles moved from Corvallis to East Lansing. He appeared in nine games as a true freshman in ’23, completing 24 of 35 passes for 309 yards and four touchdowns. Chile has the potential to become a Power 5 star.
