One of the most adored college football coaches in Ohio State football history is Jim Tressel. Coach Tressel’s capacity to inspire others is one of the factors contributing to the emotion; people are interested in listening to him talk, which is why it’s a terrific idea for him to start a podcast.

The new podcast, titled “It’s All About the Team,” is centered around teamwork and all things related to the subject, as one might think from the title. The concept of collaboration and his comments are applicable to everyday settings and situations, thus this podcast isn’t only about football.

Even while football isn’t the podcast’s primary topic right now, it still has a place, as his upcoming guest, former Ohio State All-American A.J. Hawk, attests. The first episode, which features leadership guru John Maxwell, was posted on the YouTube account today; the Hawk episode has not yet been uploaded.
