Just in: Bulls manager Jake White mocks SA Rugby over…

Following the Bulls’ historic Champions Cup victory, Jake White criticizes SA Rugby for
travel confusion.
Bulls manager Jake White has criticized SA Rugby in the wake of his team’s Champions Cup victory over Lyon on Saturday.
The Pretoria team defeated the French team 59-19 to go to the competition’s quarterfinals for the first time ever.
Next Saturday, they’ll play either the Northampton Saints or Munster, however it’s unclear if they’ll play at home or away.
If the Saints win, the Bulls will travel to England; however, if the Irish province wins, White’s team will remain at home.

Plans for travel
Naturally, they would like that, but the previous Rugby World Cup champion has voiced dissatisfaction over not having received any information from the governing body regarding potential flights before to the match of the final eight.

“I’m going to wear red all day [on Sunday], especially because SA Rugby hasn’t given me any travel plans,” stated White. The last time we were in Leinster

We had to board eight separate planes for our journey, so I guess that will remain the same.
“I don’t currently have travel information, so it’s possible that [SA Rugby] waited until the last minute to arrange those tickets or they didn’t believe we would win.

Thus, White slyly hinted that SA Rugby will be rooting for Munster on Sunday, implying that an Irish victory wouldn’t expose them.

It really is aggravating, I must say. He stated, “It’s likely that SA Rugby is cheering for Munster so they won’t be found out on planes out of here.”

Organizational logistics

The Bulls’ owner went on to detail the practical challenges of making last-minute travel arrangements without prior planning.

“Who plans a vacation or takes a trip overseas on a Sunday night when they want to go away that week to see a game with forty people?” asked White.

“So, yes, we are supporting Munster because we stay at home and, more importantly, because there won’t be eight planes carrying people across the globe to reach a destination via various locations with various buses picking up a team when you are playing what is likely going to be our biggest game of the year.
If there are seats available, direct flights may be possible, but it is quite unlikely that you will be able to send 40 guys to London if you wait till Sunday night.
