SAD NEWS: Marc Márquez signed and accept a offer worth 78.6 million…..

Marc Márquez, a six-time MotoGP champion, will leave Honda after 11 years, the factory team confirmed Wednesday, putting an end to weeks of uncertainty over his future.

“Honda Racing Corporation and Marc Márquez have amicably agreed to terminate their four-year contract early at the end of the 2023 MotoGP World Championship season,” HRC said in a statement.

Both parties felt it was in their best interests to pursue alternative channels in the future to best achieve their individual goals and targets,” the statement read.

The Spaniard’s contract with the Japanese team has one year remaining.

The 30-year-old is set to join his brother, Álex, at the Gresini Ducati team, a satellite operation that offers one of the sport’s most successful riders a chance to race once more at the head of the grid.
I’m not sure where to begin. I don’t know if I’m doing it correctly or wrong, what will happen in the future, or if any of this will work out, but I do know what we’ve accomplished together,” the message stated.

“It was the most difficult decision I’ve ever made, guided by my mind and courage rather than my heart. My heart will always be with you, as you have and will continue to support me. But one thing is certain: I want to attempt to be the best rider in the world again, and I need to enjoy it.

Reports According to Wednesday, Márquez will be unable to take any of his team members, notably highly acclaimed crew chief Santi Hernández, with him when he departs.
