Louisville Will Play in the NIT Despite Player Vote - Business Insider

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – After concluding the 2023 regular season with an 10-2 record and earning a berth in the ACC Championship Game, head coach Jeff Brohm and the Louisville football program – on top of signing their 2024 recruiting class – now have the task of navigating the transfer portal.

In this day and age of the one-time transfer rule and NIL, the Cardinals are expected to see a ton of movement between players leaving and players opting to join the program.

Players have two windows in which they can use their one-time transfer to enter the portal. In this cycle, the first window lasts from Dec. 4, 2023 to Jan. 2. 2024 (30 days), while the second window lasts from Apr. 15, 2024 to Apr. 30 2024 (15 days). Graduate transfers can freely enter the portal whenever they want.

This post will be consistently updated when either a current Louisville player enters the portal, or the Cardinals land a player via the portal. Bookmark this page for future reference.
