In this day and age of the one-time transfer rule and NIL, the Cardinals are expected to see a ton of movement between players leaving and players opting to join the program.
Players have two windows in which they can use their one-time transfer to enter the portal. In this cycle, the first window lasts from Dec. 4, 2023 to Jan. 2. 2024 (30 days), while the second window lasts from Apr. 15, 2024 to Apr. 30 2024 (15 days).
