STEFANOS TSITSIPAS SAYS HE IS IN A “WONDERFUL” RELATIONSHIP WITH PAULA BADOSA AND FEELS “EXTREMELY BLESSED.”

Regarding his relationship with fellow tennis player Paula Badosa, Stefanos Tsitsipas has been transparent.

Badosa has been referred to as his “soulmate” by World No. 5 Tsitsipas, who also states that he is “extremely interested in her mind more than anything else.

” In addition, the runner-up at the Australian Open discussed his coaching staff and goals for this week in Halle as he gets ready for Wimbledon next month

Stefanos Tsitsipas claims he has never had “that type of connection with anyone before” and feels “very blessed” to be in a relationship with Paula Badosa.

When Badosa was seen in the stands during one of Tsitsipas’ matches at the French Open, there were rumors that the two athletes were dating.

Since then, they have become prominent figures on social media, sending romantic messages, upgrading their Spotify profile images with group photographs, and participating in a combined Instagram account named “Tsitsidosa.”

TO “TAKE IT TO NEXT LEVEL” AND BUMP BACK FROM DIP IN FORM, FEDERER CALLS ON TSITSIPAS

Prior to his performance in Halle this week, Tstisipas declared the partnership and referred to Badosa as his “soulmate.”

Tsitsipas told Eurosport, when asked how the tennis community was responding to the news, “I feel delighted and content.

“That kind of closeness is something I have never really felt with anyone before. I don’t mean to come out as cringe-worthy or anything, but that’s the situation I find myself in. I consider myself very fortunate and grateful that this occurred at this point in my life.

I get to spend time doing what I love and doing it with someone who gets me and fully understands me. More than anything else, her intelligence has piqued my curiosity.

Of course there is attraction, but sometimes it’s just a soul-to-soul exchange and falling in love with her head. Such events are quite uncommon.

We seem to be identical in every way—we have the same goals, interests, and way of life. It is identical. Being a part of it and experiencing it every day is great.

Tsitsipas overcame world No. 58 Gregoire Barrere in a set and a break to win his first match in Halle.
Will Murray compete at Wimbledon?

Kyrgios left Halle because of a knee ailment.

Apostolos Tsitsipas, the world No. 5’s father, has been his coach for a very long period.
Prior to their breakup earlier this year, he also had Mark Philippoussis, the former Grand Slam runner-up, on his squad.

Although Tsitsipas is “extremely delighted” with his coaching staff, he says he still stays in touch with Philippoussis.

“These individuals have been there from the beginning, and they have been incredibly supportive and understanding of what I am doing.

“I have previously spent time with a few individuals who were former professionals. I was receptive to their ideas and made an effort to blend in as much as possible.

However, I find that being surrounded by too many people during tournaments can be quite stressful and little off-balance.

Having a small group of people close by can assist me in keeping my priorities in mind. My collaboration with Mark Philippoussis was quite enjoyable, and we continue to communicate frequently.

He is my friend first and foremost; he is neither a coach nor a collaborator. My father’s team is the best, in my opinion.

I realize it may sound self-serving, but he was there for me when I was twelve years old, and he has been growing ever since.

It makes me very pleased to see him attempting to learn everything he can from books, the internet, and other sources.

I relate to him more since he is modest and acknowledges that, like me, he is not flawless. He is not an arbitrary coach; he did not decide to become a coach after picking up a racquet one day.

He has experience; he worked with experts before me. He belongs there, beside me, and he understands what he’s doing.

As he begins his Wimbledon preparations, Tsitsipas is ranked as the second seed in Halle.
In his five Grand Slam outings, he has only advanced past the opening round twice, and this week, he is keen to get some experience on the court.

“I need games, I want to play as many games as I can before Wimbledon.”I know I’ll have some challenging opponents if I advance in the competition, but I’m up for the battle. I believe that grass is a good fit for me.

After losing in the previous two Grand Slam finals, Tsitsipas was asked about his goals and he responded, “Of course I definitely want that.

“That is what other gamers desire as well. I believe that in the past, my intense desire for it got in the way.

To be honest, luck is still on my side whether or not I win a Grand Slam title. Although it wouldn’t be the end of the world, I’ll keep attempting to win a Grand Slam championship.”
