Tennessee athletics has been dominant over the past year. Tennessee has one of the best home-field advantages in the country between football, basketball, and baseball. Tennessee’s big three sports put together one of the best combined years in college sports history.

We’ve seen some great teams, even a couple of great teams from the same school over the years, but to put together a great season in football, baseball, and basketball is virtually unheard of in college sports today.

According to Tennessee’s Executive Associate Athletics Director of Brand Advancement/Chief Communications Officer, Jason Baum, the Vols have a 60-7 record at home, which is unheard of in those three sports in a single calendar year.

Over the past 12 months, Tennessee athletics has been outstanding. When it comes to football, basketball, and baseball, Tennessee enjoys one of the greatest home-field advantages in the nation. The combined performance of Tennessee’s big three sports was among the best in collegiate sports history.

In college sports today, it is practically unheard of to put together a tremendous season in baseball, basketball, or football. Sure, we’ve seen some great teams throughout the years, including a handful from the same school.
