The trial of Donald Trump reveals the cover-up of Tiger Woods’ sex scandal.

In his appearance before the New York Supreme Court in the Donald Trump v. New York case, former American Media CEO David Pecker revealed a sexual scandal involving Tiger Woods.

A purported relationship involving 82-time PGA Tour winner Tiger Woods surfaced during Donald Trump’s Supreme Court of New York trial.

David Pecker testified in court on Friday as part of the eighth day of Trump’s hush money trial. Pecker said in his testimony that he bought pictures of Woods with another lady when the golfer was dating Elin Nordegren.

Pecker, who was American Media’s top executive at the time, acknowledged purchasing the pictures and then consenting to have them buried in order to get Woods to feature on the cover of Men’s Fitness in August 2007.

After winning 15 major championships, the athlete began working with the fitness magazine, appearing on the cover of a special 20th anniversary edition and contributing a 12-page story on his approach to food and exercise. Two years after Pecker rejected the first pictures of Woods, an affair between the golfer and Rachel Uchitel came to light.

As a result, Woods and his ex-wife, Nordegren, separated. The two of them have a 16-year-old son named Sam and a 15-year-old son named Charlie. The latter decided to carry on his father’s legacy, having recently started playing golf at the high school level. This week, Charlie also made a bid to advance to this year’s U.S. Open, but was unsuccessful.

Following their 2010 divorce from Nordegren, Woods has dated Olympic skier Lindsay Vonn as well as Kristen Smith. The American celebrity and Erica Herman, the general manager of The Woods Jupiter, his flagship restaurant in his hometown of Florida, had a romantic involvement more recently.

Since their breakup, the two have parted ways, with Herman suing Woods to get out of a non-disclosure agreement they had both signed at the start of their romance. Herman referenced the Speak Out Act, which permits the revocation of an NDA in situations involving sexual assault and harassment.

Herman withdrew the case against the 48-year-old Woods in November after Herman made no claims against the restaurant management. Woods suffered serious injuries to his leg in a vehicle accident in Los Angeles in February 2021, which has curtailed his playing career in recent years.

The 15-time major winner has since participated in just eight PGA Tour events, finishing all 72 holes just four times. In his most recent game, which took place at Augusta National this month, Woods created history by making his 24th straight 36-hole cut.

The five-time Masters champion nevertheless found the weekend to be more difficult than expected as he shot a 10-over-par 82 in his third round, the worst score of his major championship career. Woods went on to score 16 over par for the week, finishing in 60th place.
