Mike Vrabel was among the NFL’s best head coach candidates going into the offseason, but he finished the cycle without being hired.
The 2021 NFL Coach of the Year is currently unemployed. That does not, however, imply that he will not be present in 2024.

According to ESPN, Fickell declared, “I love Mike and want him around as much as possible.””I want to find out how much he would prefer to be around, ideally in the spring. We’ll proceed from there.

After inviting him to watch a portion of spring practice, he will decide how to proceed.
After playing together at Ohio State, Fickell and Vrabel went on to help coach the Buckeyes.
Fickell stated earlier this week, “I talked to him, I guess, on Saturday, and we hadn’t communicated for probably a week or two just because the process was continuing.
“”He had a brand-new voice. Furthermore, I’m not entirely sure what his options are for the future or whether this was his decision. However, I am aware that there will be a guest here who, ideally, will spend some time with us.
Let’s see how far and in what depth we can connect myself with my friend and bring him about here, beginning in the spring and doing some similar things.”
